I’m starting 2015 with one of my faves of 2014.

This match made in heaven is quite an international affair. Kathleen is Australian and Lloyd is British. They met on a night out in London and have been inseparable since. The first trip that Kathleen and Lloyd went on together was to France and so it was natural that they chose a special place in their hearts to get married.The venue they decided on was Logis de Puygaty in Chadurie, South Charente, just outside of Bordeaux. Logis de Puygaty is a gorgeous fortified manor that dates back to the 15th century.In order to help plan their destination wedding, Kathleen and Lloyd brought on wedding planners Marry Me in France to help plan and style the romantic affair. Famille.

Kathleen looked stunning in her Jenny Packham dress and Jimmy Choo shoes, with her lovely bridesmaids looking lovely in peach. Lloyd rocked it in a navy suit from Reiss.

The day itself was beautiful and eventful. Kathleen, Lloyd and their special guests experienced sunshine, intense heat, a dramatic sunset, torrential downpour, thunder and lightning all in one day, and it was all so very beautiful.

Thank you Kathleen and Lloyd for making me feel so welcome into your close knit group of family and friends. I felt such a sense of comfort being amongst a big group of Australians even though I was so far away from home!
