I met Lucy and Paul one early Spring morning in the beautiful sanctuary that is Holland Park in London. I love when my couples are willing to meet early for engagement shoots because the early morning light is often good, there is hardly anybody around, and once the shoot is over, we can all relax and enjoy the rest of the day! I’m never really sure what to expect when I meet my couples for the first time – I will admit that there can often be an anxiety that comes with it – questions fill my head like what if they don’t like me in person? What if we don’t ‘mesh’ well?….what would that mean?! I’m only human after all. But I guess my work is attracting the right kind of clients. Because time and time again I meet my couples and come away feeling like I’ve made a couple of new friends – one of the reasons why I love my job so much! There was no exception when I met Lucy and Paul. Both are lovely, funny, and so sweet together! We had some fun together that morning. Here are some of the images.
