Kiarra and Steffan have known each other since they were only 17 years old. We met through mutual friends and when Steffan returned home from University one Christmas break they hit it off and the rest was history.
Kiara thought she was going for a meeting in the Shard in London with her boss. After sitting down, Kiara’s boss appeared to receive a call, he got up and said, “Sorry I just have to take this”. Two minutes later, she felt hands on her shoulders, so she turned around and looked up to see Steffan standing before her. She was so shocked to see him in this situation, she nearly said, “it’s really nice to see you but I have a meeting, can we catch up later?”.
Luckily before she could say anything Steffan was down on one knee holding open this glimmering box. It took Kiara a while to register what was going on and apparently she kept saying “thank you and where is my boss?”. Eventually Steffan told her “he is not coming back, what’s your answer?”, to which she of course said “Yes”. Steffan had been planning the whole thing for months, and even had a secret WhatsApp group with all of Kiara’s bosses. Let’s just say it was well plotted by all!
Steffan’s family live in Italy and over the years they have both spent time living there too. They really wanted to share their love for Italy with all of their guests. Kiara started looking for venues online and found Villa Dianella via Pinterest. Villa Dianella was perfect, because whilst there are so many amazing places to chose from in Italy sometimes the interior of a venue can be quite dark. Weather is never guaranteed in Tuscany, despite what you might think and, they were keen to make sure they had a nice inside option too. Villa Dianella was beautiful inside and out. The furnishing is light and bright, more similar to a French country chic style. Luckily it didn’t rain, so Kiara and Steffan had the wedding they had envisioned outside under the stars.
